When in Rome...

Here I am in Rome. Again after 10 years. I always dreamed of coming back here and it has happened. We had a bit of a frustrating time trying to get into our hostel but we finally got in and it is in an old building with a lot of character and very centrally located near the Spanish Steps. We went into St. Peters last night and got to listen to mass. We also saw the Trevi fountain, the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. (just like we used to do Josh!) We have had a couple of nice meals in nice places and today we combed through the runins of the ancient Roman Forum. It brought back a lot of memories of the things I learned in university art class! I dont have much time to write but I am sure i will get back to thnet cafe before we leave. We are still having a great time but the trip is quickly coming to end and then we will have to face the "real" world!
